Cabinet Photos Posted
Our photographer did a fantastic job shooting full stacks of our True Replica Cabinets, both pinstripe and basketweave, and the pictures are now posted on the individual cabinet pages. There are detail shots of all the special features of the cabinets, including the soundposts, caster cups, handles, and more. To see them all, have a look at ourPinstripe Cabinets and Basketweave Cabinets.

Pinstripe and Basketweave Cabinets
We are proud to finally add individual pages for our line of True Replica Cabinets to the Plexi Replicas web site. Many hours have been invested in the process of reverse engineering, CNC programming, prototyping, and research to arrive at the finished product, and the results are truly worth the effort.
The line consists of the 1967 Era Pinstripe True Replica and the 1968 Era Basketweave True Replica. The cabinets are structurally identical and based off a set of vintage 1968 Marshall straight and slant cabinets. The only difference is the grillcloth, with the 1967 featuring EC Collins’ “Bluesbreaker” pinstripe cloth, and the 1968 using basketweave grillcloth.
Both cosmetic styles are available in either slant or straight configurations. You can purchase the cabinets unloaded, or with Heritage, Austin Speaker Works, or Scumback speakers. Additional speaker options are also available. Visit the cabinet pages for pricing:

True Replica Cabinet Prototypes
Cabinet prototypes are here! Our True Replica Cabinets are reverse engineered from my 1968 Marshall speaker cabinets to be identical in every way. In the picture you can see the original cab, stripped of tolex, next to one of the new cabs for comparison. The old cabinet was the guide to be sure every cut, hole, and detail was faitful to the original.

Get more info on the cabinet page - these will be for sale soon.
Happy GPM 45 Customer
We heard from a very happy Metropoulos GPM 45 owner who had this to say about his new amp:
Got the amp today! It sounds great! Very organic and earthy, good dynamics, easy to get a good sound. Perfect for the kind of music I play - blues and blues based rock. Now I just have to figure out how to get the money to get the 45/100 from you guys. There are times when I need more volume than the 45 can deliver, although the 45 will be sufficient for 95% of the gigs I do.
I am very pleased with the amp! It is just what I was looking for!

Thanks to Doug Doppler for the mp3 files - you can hear them all on the GPM 45 Head page. Doug says:
About the audio samples, they reflect each of the four inputs, with the blues one being the top input on channel 2 with the low inputs jumped. By the way I just want you to be sure - I LOVE the amp!!!
